Sometimes, you see something and it just takes your breath away. That was exactly how I felt when I watched the short film ‘One Breath Around the World’ by Guillaume Néry and Julie Gautier.
In their short film, One Breath Around the World, freedivers Néry and Gautier aim to capture various magical underwater locations in a single breath, without the aid of breathing apparatus.
They travel the globe swimming with a pod of sleeping whales, diving beneath sheets of ice and exploring wrecks on the seabed.
This is a truly remarkable and spellbinding film that opens up parts of the world that us mere mortals would otherwise never get to experience.
